QF-PCR for Aneuploidy Detection
Quantitative Fluorescent PCR or QF-PCR is a test used to detect aneuploidies of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X or Y. As it has a shorter turnaround time and is cost effective, QF PCR is a preferred testing option for prenatal cases.
